Deflowered Totem I

Botanical form created using layers and layers of ink and wash papercut fringe strands.  
Freestanding paper sculpture, measuring approx 30cm high and 40cm diameter. 
 
Every cut in the paper represents a worldwide victim of violence against women which accounts for 1 in 3 women globally.
